You will engage with customers throughout the day, stock shelves, and assist in various departments based on hiring needs and individual skills. Ideal candidates are comfortable with retail technology, have basic math and communication abilities, and can perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer use including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 months of using common retail technology such as smartphones/tablets.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform related tasks.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs unassisted or with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise.
• Restock merchandise by identifying empty areas and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure on-time receipt of merchandise.
• Cross-train in other store areas to enhance customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., paint tinting, pipe cutting, wood cutting, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout and perform other duties as assigned.
