Job summary

Lowe’s in Lorain, OH is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, help them find products, and ensure a smooth checkout. You’ll engage with customers throughout the day, answer questions, and support store operations.

Qualifications

• Basic computer use across several functions.
• Experience with retail technology (phones/tablets) preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with help.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service.
• Prepare department merchandise (paint, pipes, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
