Job summary

Lowe’s in Wisconsin is seeking a Customer Service Associate to warmly welcome customers, help them locate the right products, and provide friendly, efficient service throughout their shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: 6 months experience using a computer and retail technology, basic arithmetic, and ability to stand/sit as required.
• Minimum Qualifications: 25+ lb lift capability with/without accommodation.
• Preferred Qualifications: 6 months of retail or customer service experience; bilingual skills; trade certification in department.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock replenishment and merchandising maintenance.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time fulfillment.
• Cross-train in other store areas to enhance customer service.
