Lowe's is hiring a Customer Service Associate to help customers find products and solutions for home improvement, delivering friendly, knowledgeable service in-store.

You'll welcome customers, answer questions, assist with locating items, and process requests while contributing to a positive shopping experience and meeting department needs. Part-time schedules and growth opportunities are available through Lowe's benefits programs.

Qualifications

• Six months experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• Six months experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction).
• Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or over 25 lbs with or without an accommodation.

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock merchandise by identifying empty areas on shelves and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise on time.
• Cross-train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service.
