Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information)
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones or tablets
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic
• Ability to stand, sit, and perform duties as required
• Able to lift 25 lbs unaided or with accommodation

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s and deliver friendly, professional service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Restock merchandise by monitoring shelves and replenishing supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure on-time arrival
• Cross-train in other areas of the store to improve customer service
• Prepare department merchandise to meet customer needs (e.g., tint/mix paint, cut/thread pipe)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
