Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information).
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology (smart phones, tablets).
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition/subtraction).
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform related job duties.
• Minimum lifting of 25 lbs unassisted or with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock and replenish shelves as needed to maintain assortment.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time receipt by customers.
• Cross-train in other store areas to enhance customer service delivery.
• Prepare department merchandise (e.g., tint paints, cut pipes, thread fittings, cut materials).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout; perform additional duties as assigned.
