Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate in Michigan to welcome customers and help them find the right products and services for home improvement needs. You will interact with customers, answer questions, and ensure all customer needs are met with friendly, efficient service.

Responsibilities include assisting with merchandise, stocking shelves, processing orders, and supporting store operations across departments. Prior retail or bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualificações

• 6 months of computer use: inputting, accessing, or outputting information.
• 6 months experience with retail tech (smartphones/tablets).
• Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Lift up to 25 lbs unassisted.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Down stock merchandise by looking for empty areas on shelves and replenishing supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise as expected and on time
• Cross-functionally train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service
• Prepare merchandise to meet customer needs in your department
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
