Lowe's in Michigan is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find the right home improvement products and services. You will interact with customers, answer questions, and assist with merchandise selection and checkout across multiple departments.

Responsibilities include stocking, processing orders, and delivering friendly service, with opportunities to cross-train and grow within the store environment. Part-time role with potential for further development.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using a computer.
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology (smart phones and tablets).
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform duties as needed.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with assistance.
• 6 months of Retail and/or customer service experience.
• Bi-lingual skills are a plus.
• Certification in a trade related to department preferred.

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock merchandise by scanning shelves and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure timely receipt by customers.
• Cross-train in other areas to support peak times and service goals.
• Prepare merchandise in department according to customer needs (e.g., paint, piping, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Assist customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
