Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to greet customers and help them find the right products for home improvement needs. You will engage with shoppers throughout the day, answering questions and guiding purchases with a focus on service excellence.

Responsibilities include locating merchandise, stocking, and processing orders, with potential cross-training in other departments to enhance the customer experience. Bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information).
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones, tablets).
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand/sit for long periods and perform duties as required.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Replenish stock and maintain organized shelves.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time receipt.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve customer service.
