Lowe's is hiring a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find the right home improvement products. You will listen, answer questions, assist with locating merchandise, process orders, and support a friendly checkout experience.

Formación

• 6 months of computer use including input, access, modify, or output information.
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic proficiency.
• Ability to stand/sit for extended periods and perform job duties.
• Able to lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with/without accommodation.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock merchandise by identifying empty areas and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time receipt.
• Cross-train in other store areas to deliver best customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., tint paint, cut pipe).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
