Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and assist with home improvement needs in-store. You will help locate products, answer questions, process orders, and support various departments as needed.

The role emphasizes friendly service, basic math, and the ability to work with a team across multiple store areas. Part-time schedules and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer for input, access, modification or output of information.
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand, sit, and perform duties as required for extended periods.
• Minimum lift of 25lbs unassisted; over 25lbs with/without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock replenishment and organizing shelves.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure on-time receipt.
• Cross-train in other store areas to enhance customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise (e.g., tint/mix paint, cut and thread items).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
