Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is hiring a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find the right home improvement products. You will assist with merchandise, answer questions, and ensure customer needs are met throughout your shift.

You may work in various departments, receive training, and benefit from a range of health, retirement, and employee programs. The role emphasizes friendly service and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information)
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets)
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic
• Able to stand/sit for extended periods
• Minimally lift 25 lbs (unassisted)

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Replenish stock and keep shelves organized
• Process orders and deliveries accurately
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., tint/paint, cut/bundle)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Perform other duties as assigned
