Responsibilities include assisting with merchandise, stocking, processing orders, and supporting multiple departments as needed, with a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using a computer to input/search/modify data.
• 6 months of experience with common retail technology (smartphones and tablets).
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand/sit for extended periods and perform job duties.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted or heavier with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service.
• Prepare merchandise in department (e.g., paint, pipe, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
