You’ll spend time assisting customers, answering questions, organizing merchandise, and supporting store operations. This position supports a dynamic team and emphasizes customer care and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer and basic retail tech.
• 6 months experience with common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure on-time pickup/delivery.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support exceptional service.
• Prepare department merchandise to meet customer needs (e.g., paint tinting, plumbing, lumber).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
