Job summary

U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service, assisting customers with rentals and equipment needs.

You will work with U-Scan technology, inspect and hook up equipment, and help ensure a smooth customer journey at our Mesquite location. The role involves lifting and moving equipment, basic certification offerings, and ongoing training through U-Haul University.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior customer service experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot, including fluids.
• Answer questions and educate customers about products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and process returned equipment.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring; propane and forklift certifications offered on employment.
• Participate in ongoing training through U-Haul University.
