Job summary

Community Choice Financial® Family of Brands is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Speedy Cash location in San Diego, CA. You will help customers access short-term financial solutions, process transactions, and provide an exceptional in-person experience.

You’ll receive hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and opportunities to advance within a growing, customer-driven company with comprehensive benefits and a focus on community service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and colleagues.
• Meticulous attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Must be at least 18 years old; background check required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with transactions and check cashing in-store.
• Process payments and money orders accurately using the POS system.
• Provide friendly, prompt service and build customer relationships.
• Maintain store appearance and ensure safety and security procedures.
• Support in-store events and community engagement activities.
