Lowe’s is hiring a Customer Service Associate in the Pittsburgh area for a part-time role focused on helping customers find products, answer questions, and provide friendly service throughout the shopping experience.

You’ll work across departments as needed, stock and prepare merchandise, and support checkout processes while delivering top-tier service and ensuring customer needs are met.

Qualifications

• 6 Months experience using a computer.
• 6 Months experience using common retail technology.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift 25 lbs unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s and deliver friendly service.
• Assist customers with locating merchandise.
• Stock merchandise and replenish shelves as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs.
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
