Lowe’s is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find the right home improvement products and services. You’ll interact with shoppers, answer questions, and ensure customer needs are met throughout the day.

Responsibilities include locating merchandise, stocking shelves, processing orders, and cross-training in other departments to deliver exceptional service. A positive attitude and reliability are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer and basic software.
• 6 months experience with common retail technology such as smartphones or tablets.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and handle cash or transactions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, answer questions, and deliver friendly service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Cross-train in other store departments to improve service.
• Prepare department merchandise to meet customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood, drywall).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
