Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate in Wisconsin to welcome customers, help them find products, and ensure a smooth shopping experience. You will assist with locating items, answering questions, and handling merchandise throughout your shift.

The role involves stocking, processing orders, and collaborating with teammates to provide top-notch service across departments such as Appliances, Hardware, Plumbing, and more. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer and basic computer applications.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand, sit, and perform duties for extended periods.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time.
• Cross-train in other areas to help deliver the best customer service.
• Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs.
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
