Job summary

PestCo in Dallas, TX is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage incoming calls and inquiries, maintain a sales lead database, and promptly respond to routine questions. You will identify and assess customer inquiries to achieve satisfaction, keep an efficient day-to-day calendar, and develop knowledge of PestCo products, processes and services.

Education on-the-job and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication skills through verbal, written and in-person interactions.
• Excellent customer service and in-person presentation abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
• Self-motivated and results driven.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Mac experience helpful.
• Background check required.
• Pest control experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls and customer inquiries.
• Maintain a customer “Sales lead” database.
• Respond to routine customer questions and concerns promptly as needed.
• Identify and assess customer inquiries to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Education and Training provided on-the-job.
• Maintain an efficient calendar of day-to-day activities.
• Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s products, processes, and services.
• All duties for Customer Service Representative assigned by management.
