Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
• Strong cash handling skills.
• Ability to calculate figures including discounts, percentages, commissions, and related transactions.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills; analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds regularly.
• Bilingual candidates are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders into the system accurately and completely.
• Process payments to proper accounts and maintain cash security.
• Prepare daily deposits in accordance with company policies.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
• Schedule deliveries and communicate order status with customers.
• Maintain open orders and assist showroom displays.
• Complete daily reporting requirements and support the Office Manager as needed.
