Graybar is seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as a key contact for customers, ensuring total satisfaction. You will enter orders, handle requests, and provide timely, professional support while promoting Graybar goods and services on inbound calls.

The role requires strong communication, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to manage multiple scenarios with tact. Shift is Mon-Fri, 7:30am-4:30pm, with compensation around $29 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• A passion for customer service.
• Ability to handle a variety of customer situations with enthusiasm and tact.
• 2+ years experience preferred.
• High School education; 2 year or 4 year degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter orders and process requests for customers.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls and written correspondence.
• Provide product selection guidance and application support.
• Coordinate orders, pricing, expediting, billing and claims.
• Promote Graybar goods and services on inbound calls.
