Graybar’s Jacksonville team seeks a Customer Service Representative to serve as a key contact for customers and ensure total satisfaction. You will handle calls, inquiries, and order entries while supporting product selection and application, with proactive follow-up on issues.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to handle a variety of customer situations with enthusiasm and tact.
• Some retail or counter sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key contact and liaison for customers to ensure total satisfaction.
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls and written correspondence in a professional, timely manner, with follow up on all issues.
• Take an active role in selling Graybar goods and services on inbound calls.
• Provide support on product selection and application.
• Coordinate customer service requests including order entry, pricing, expediting, billing, order maintenance, credit and claims.
