Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Take incoming and outgoing calls and written correspondence in a professional, timely manner.
• Enter orders, handle requests and provide timely, courteous support.
• Sell Graybar goods and services on inbound calls and assist with product selection.
• Coordinate service requests including order entry, pricing, expediting, billing, and credits.
