Job summary

Western Pest Services in Spring House, PA is seeking a Customer Service Representative. You will be the link between customers and service technicians, coordinating schedules, resolving issues, and handling inquiries.

You will maintain records in our customer service software, support accounts receivable activities, and contribute to a fast-paced team with opportunities for training and advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Excellent phone etiquette and professional demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and a quality experience to internal and external clients.
• Prioritize, plan and complete daily tasks, special projects, and assignments.
• Facilitate accounts receivable and collection efforts.
• Manage administrative requests and tasks.
• Provide proactive customer follow-up in a timely manner.
• Deliver accurate service and sales information.
• Maintain accurate records utilizing customer service software applications.
• Respond to leads and referrals.
• Partner with management to manage expectations and meet deadlines.
• Assist in scheduling of service routes.
• Produce accurate and timely reports.
• Ensure that work is complete and results are satisfactory.
• Assist in training of new team members as requested/needed.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy.
