Job summary

Lowe's Home Centers, LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to greet customers, help them locate products, and provide friendly, reliable service in-store. You’ll handle inquiries, assist with merchandise, and support various departments as needed.

The role emphasizes standing for extended periods, basic computer and retail tech use, and teamwork to deliver excellent customer experiences across multiple departments. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail settings.
• Ability to use basic computer systems and retail tech.
• Willingness to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Down stock merchandise by looking for empty areas on shelves and replenishing supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise as expected and on time
• Cross-functionally train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service
• Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe, cut and bundle wood, cut drywall, cut blinds)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
