Job summary

Lowe's Home Centers, LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find products and services for home improvement. You will interact with customers throughout the day, assist with locating merchandise, and ensure customer needs are met.

The role offers part-time hours with diverse department exposure, including Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, and more, with opportunities to learn and grow within Lowe's.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information).
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.
• Able to perform duties requiring prolonged standing or sitting and other activities.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Down stock merchandise by identifying empty shelves and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to enhance customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., tint/mix paint, cut/process pipes).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
