Job summary

Answering Service Care (ASC) is opening a Coral Gables office and hiring full-time and part-time Answering Service Agents. You will be the professional voice for diverse industries, handling calls, chats, SMS, and emails with a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Weekly pay and bonuses reward performance, with bilingual pay options available. Starting pay is $16.00/hr, $16.50/hr for bilingual roles, plus weekly bonuses and annual reviews.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Patience and empathy when assisting callers.
• Intermediate computer skills and comfort with multiple systems.
• Customer service experience preferred; call center backgrounds count.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls with professionalism and warmth.
• Follow scripts and guidelines while listening carefully to callers.
• Complete lead intakes, schedule appointments, and transfer calls.
• Dispatch messages clearly, accurately, and on time.
• Navigate multiple systems and maintain call records.
• Support customers via live chat, SMS, and email.
