Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls with professionalism, warmth, and accuracy.
• Follow call scripts and industry-specific guidelines while listening carefully to each caller.
• Complete lead intakes, schedule appointments, and transfer calls to the right contacts.
• Dispatch messages clearly, accurately, and on time.
• Navigate multiple systems and maintain thorough call records.
• Support customers through live chat, SMS, and email.

For more than 50 years, Answering Service Care (ASC) has been the voice businesses trust to answer every call. Now we’re opening a new office in Coral Gables, and we’re hiring the people who will launch it. Full-time and part-time positions are available, with weekly pay and weekly performance bonuses.

Answering Service Agent Role

Earn weekly performance bonuses by exceeding performance expectations (starting at $2.75/hr above New Hire Starting Pay).

As an Answering Service Agent, you’ll be the professional, friendly voice for the businesses we serve. You’ll primarily handle calls for a designated group of industries and may support other accounts during busy periods, so no two days are exactly the same.

Pay

• Starting pay: $16.00/hr ($16.50/hr for bilingual English/Spanish)


• Raise at 4 months: $16.50/hr ($17.00/hr for bilingual)


• Weekly performance bonuses starting at $2.75/hr above starting pay when you exceed performance expectations


• Weekly direct deposit and annual performance reviews

What You’ll Do

Schedule: Full Time and Part Time daytime and evening shifts available. All schedules include one (1) weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday).
