Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find the right products for home improvement needs. You will engage with customers throughout the day, assist with merchandise, and ensure every interaction meets Lowe's service standards.

You may work in varied departments, with responsibilities including stocking, processing orders, and learning multiple store areas to deliver the best customer experience. Part-time opportunities available.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience with common retail tech (smartphones/tablets).
• Proficient reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 25 lbs.
• Bi-lingual skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock merchandise by identifying empty areas on shelves and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise as expected and on time.
• Cross-functionally train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service.
• Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe, cut and bundle wood, cut drywall, cut blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
