Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to provide fast and friendly service to customers in a retail environment. The role requires standing for up to eight hours, lifting up to 50 pounds, and basic math for store forms.

You will stock shelves, assist customers, and operate a computer/POS system to process transactions. The CSR works with the General Manager to ensure smooth store operations, including cleaning, stocking, and maintaining pricing signs.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Able to stand for up to eight hours.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience stocking shelves and handling merchandise.
• Able to operate computer and basic math for store forms.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast and friendly service to customers.
• Cooperate with and interact with fellow employees.
• Stock shelves and assist customers.
• Check identifications and pricing of merchandise.
• Learn and work on a computer (POS).
• Clean and maintain store; sweep/mop floors and trash disposal.
• Manage cooler and freezer areas and price signs.
