Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to provide fast and friendly service to customers. The role requires standing for up to eight hours, lifting up to 50 pounds, and basic computer use for store operations. Schedule flexibility is managed by the General Manager.

This hourly position offers opportunities for advancement and involvement in daily store tasks, including stocking, price checks, and maintaining storefront cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and communicate in English.
• Ability to learn and work on a computer.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for up to eight hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast and friendly service to customers.
• Stock shelves and coolers; retrieve merchandise.
• Check identification and pricing of merchandise.
• Clean windows and price signs; sweep and mop floors; handle trash.
• Tend to store cleanliness and general upkeep; assist with the parking lot and surrounding grounds.
