Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Maryland is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to deliver fast, friendly service to every customer. The role may be full- or part-time and requires standing for up to eight hours, English communication, basic math, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities include stocking shelves, checking IDs and pricing, assisting customers, and maintaining cleanliness. Training on store software is provided as needed, with a General Manager overseeing the position.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, understand, write, and communicate in English.
• Able to read and understand store forms and perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Able to check identification and pricing of merchandise.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for up to eight hours.
• Able to operate a computer and learn store software.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast and friendly service to customers.
• Interact productively with fellow employees.
• Stock shelves and coolers; retrieve merchandise for customers.
• Clean windows, sweep and mop floors, and manage trash.
• Work in cooler (36-40°F) and freezer (0°F) for short periods.
• Assist with store maintenance and price signage as needed.
