Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to deliver fast and friendly service to every customer. The role requires English literacy, basic math for store forms, and physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

You will assist customers, stock shelves, clean areas, and learn computer tasks. Shifts vary and scheduling is determined by the General Manager.

Qualifications

• Provide fast and friendly service to customers.
• Read, understand, write and communicate in English.
• Perform mathematical calculations when completing store forms.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and stock shelves/coolers.

Responsibilities

• Cooperate with fellow employees in a productive way.
• Be able to stand for up to eight hours.
• Be able to stock shelves and coolers.
• Be able to clean windows, signs, and store areas.
• Be able to enter and work in a cooler up to 45 minutes at 36-40°F and in a freezer up to 10 minutes at 0°F.
• Assist customers by retrieving merchandise and answering questions.
• Learn and work on a computer.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as scheduled by the General Manager.
