Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to deliver fast, friendly service to customers in a retail environment. The role requires standing for up to eight hours, lifting up to 50 pounds, stocking shelves, and maintaining clean store conditions.

The position offers both part-time and full-time hourly opportunities, with scheduling decided by the General Manager. The CSR will read, write, and communicate effectively in English, perform basic calculations for store forms,

Qualifications

• Reads, understands, writes, and communicates in English.
• Can perform basic math for store forms.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and handle heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast and friendly service to customers.
• Stock shelves and coolers; retrieve merchandise for customers.
• Clean store areas, windows, and floors; operate in cooler/freezer briefly.
• Assist with price checks and identity verification; handle basic transactions.
• Work with team and be flexible to different shifts as scheduled by the GM.
