Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to deliver fast, friendly service and support store operations. You will engage with customers, assist with purchases, stock shelves, and help maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment.

The role requires English literacy, ability to stand for long periods, and physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds. The position can be either part-time or full-time, with hours determined by the General Manager.

Qualifications

• Reading, writing, and communication in English are required.
• Ability to stand for up to eight hours and perform basic calculations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and handle stock duties.
• Willingness to learn and operate a computer and POS system.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast and friendly service to customers.
• Cooperate with fellow employees in a productive manner.
• Stock shelves and coolers; stock and retrieve merchandise as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness, including windows, floors, and parking area.
• Work in cooler and freezer for short periods as required.
