Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to deliver fast, friendly service to customers in-store. The role requires reading, writing and speaking English, basic math for store forms, and the ability to stand for long periods.

Team collaboration and brief interactions with coworkers are essential. The CSR will stock shelves, check identifications and prices, assist customers, and maintain cleanliness of store areas.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and communicate in English.
• Be able to perform mathematical calculations when completing store forms.
• Be able to stand for up to eight hours.
• Be able to lift, carry and push up to 50 pounds, etc.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast and friendly service to each customer.
• Cooperate with and interact in a productive way with fellow employees.
• Stock shelves and coolers; retrieve merchandise for customers.
• Check identification and pricing of merchandise; handle cash and transactions.
• Clean store areas; sweep, mop floors and manage trash.
• Enter and work in a cooler/freezer when required.
