Job summary

K&G Petroleum/S&S Fuels is seeking a Customer Service Representative for Store 12 in Las Vegas to deliver friendly service, maintain safety, and support daily operations. This hourly, non-exempt role reports to the Store Manager in a fast-paced retail setting.

The position requires a High School education, cash handling, basic arithmetic, and reliable teamwork. Responsibilities include operating POS, processing transactions, managing inventory, and ensuring policy compliance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED (preferred).
• Experience in retail sales and customer service (preferred).
• Communicate in English (verbal and written).
• Perform basic arithmetic operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary, courteous customer service and handle complaints quickly and tactfully.
• Utilize suggestive selling techniques to drive sales while maintaining customer rapport.
• Process all sales on the cash register; handle cash and other forms of payment; follow cash handling procedures.
• Operate POS and other equipment; perform site cleaning and upkeep.
• Maintain proper inventory levels and conduct shift closeouts.
• Notify management of any observed dishonesty; follow store policy for confronting shoplifters.
