K&G Petroleum/S&S Fuels in Las Vegas seeks a Customer Service Representative to ensure safety, profitability, and excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail setting. You will operate the POS, handle cash and payments, process sales, maintain clean facilities, manage inventory, and assist with opening/closing duties.

This role offers full- and part-time schedules with benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail sales and customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work with tools/equipment and perform duties as described above.
• Good communication in English, both oral and written.
• Able to work irregular hours and be punctual.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary, courteous customer service and handle complaints quickly and tactfully.
• Utilize suggestive selling techniques to drive sales while maintaining customer rapport.
• Process all sales on cash register accurately; handle cash and other forms of payment; follow cash handling procedures to prevent loss.
• Perform multi-function operation of POS and equipment as outlined.
• Perform cleaning duties to maintain site cleanliness inside and out; upkeep of equipment.
• Maintain proper inventory levels and perform shift closeouts.
• Notify store management of observed dishonesty and follow policy for confronting shoplifters.
• Comply with all company policies and regulations; complete required orientations, trainings, and meetings.
