K&G Petroleum/S&S Fuels in Las Vegas, NV is hiring a Customer Service Representative for Store 04. This hourly, non-exempt role offers both full-time and part-time schedules and reports to the Store Manager.

You will deliver friendly service, handle cash and payments, operate the POS, assist with merchandising, and keep the store clean and organized. Starting pay is $12.50–$13.50 per hour, depending on location and experience, with potential increases after a 90-day probation.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail sales and customer service experience preferred.
• Punctual and reliable attendance.
• Ability to communicate in English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary, courteous customer service and handle complaints quickly.
• Utilize suggestive selling to drive sales while maintaining rapport.
• Process all sales on cash register and handle cash securely.
• Operate POS and related equipment as required.
• Maintain store cleanliness and inventory levels.
• Complete required orientations and trainings.
