Job summary

PLS in Houston is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our retail financial services. You will deliver superior service and educate customers on our products while ensuring compliance.

You will handle transactions, balance cash drawer, and use the POS system. This role requires flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays, and fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience in hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant preferred.
• Ability to engage with customers and assess their needs.
• Fluent English; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to encourage repeat business.
• Educate customers on our products and services.
• Process transactions accurately and cash handling.
• Maintain balanced cash drawer and use the POS system.
• Resolve customer complaints or escalate to Store Manager.
• Keep the store clean and welcoming for customers and staff.
