Job summary

PLS, a leading retail provider of financial services, seeks a Customer Service Representative in Houston, TX. The CSR will be the face of PLS, delivering superior service and educating customers on our products and services.

Responsibilities include maintaining a balanced cash drawer, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with regulations while following company policies. Flexibility for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in hospitality, financial services, retail or restaurant is preferred.
• Ability, willingness, and comfort to engage with customers.
• Ability to offer products and services to customers based on their needs.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Must be honest and have integrity.
• Able to work flexible hours, including early morning, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• English fluency is required.
• English/Spanish/Vietnamese bilingual is a plus.

• Ensuring all transactions are completed in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations

• Resolving customer complaints or referring complaints to the Store Manager for resolution
• Helping to maintain a neat and clean store environment for our customers and team members
• Performing other duties as instructed by management
