Job summary

PLS is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the welcoming face of our stores, educating customers about financial services and ensuring accurate, compliant transactions. You will support daily operations, handle cash with care, and resolve issues to promote customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have prior customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to engage with customers in person and remotely.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• English fluency required; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to encourage repeat business.
• Educate customers on PLS products and services.
• Ensure transactions comply with laws and company policies.
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer and accurate cash handling.
• Use the POS system to process transactions and access information.
• Resolve customer concerns or escalate to Store Manager as needed.
• Keep store environment clean and organized for customers and staff.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned by management.
