Job summary

PLS is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Lynwood, CA to serve as the face of our store at 11301 Long Beach Blvd. You will help customers, educate them on products, and ensure transactions meet regulatory standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires English fluency, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus and benefits include medical/dental/vision and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in hospitality, financial services, retail or restaurant is preferred.
• Ability to engage with customers and offer products suited to their needs.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Providing outstanding customer service to ensure repeat business.
• Educating customers on our products and services.
• Ensuring all transactions comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Following company policies and procedures.
• Maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
• Completing all transactions accurately, including cash handling.
• Using our point-of-sale system to access information and process transactions.
• Resolving customer complaints or referring complaints to the Store Manager for resolution.
• Helping to maintain a neat and clean store environment for customers and team members.
