Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of its renowned service. You will assist customers, manage rentals with U-Scan, hook up trucks, inspect equipment, and educate customers on available products and services.

The role includes opportunities for certification, on-the-job training, and advancement paths. You will work as part of a supportive team, handling invoices, equipment returns, and assorted duties to ensure smooth customer journeys.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and clean equipment on the lot, including fluids.
• Educate customers about products and services and answer questions.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returns.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Fill propane (certification offered upon employment).
• Drive a forklift (certification offered upon employment).
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
