Job summary

U‑Haul International, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service at our locations.

You will assist customers with U-Haul products, use U-Scan tech to dispatch rentals, and help move and hook up trucks and trailers while inspecting equipment for safety and readiness. You will join a team committed to great service, participate in ongoing training, and enjoy a benefits program including health plans and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and clean equipment on the lot and check fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers about products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and process returns.
