Caliber Collision Levittown service center is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet customers and deliver extraordinary service while coordinating rentals and insurance requirements. This role requires 1+ year in a customer-facing environment and the ability to navigate multiple software systems, including Microsoft Office, in a fast-paced shop.

Work collaboratively with teammates to ensure customer satisfaction, load-level planning, and seamless, one-stop service for all clients.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic software navigation.
• Ability to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced shop.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide extraordinary service to internal and external clients.
• Coordinate Rental Car/Tow providers to deliver one-stop service for customers.
• Monitor center workload and propose load-level adjustments as needed.
