Job summary

Apex Tool Group, LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative at our Apex, NC flagship facility. This role serves as the first point of contact for customers to take and expedite orders, and to provide timely updates on order status.

You will interact with colleagues across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Distribution to ensure accurate order processing. We value teamwork, strong communication, and a customer-centric approach, with opportunities to grow within a global tool manufacturing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 3+ years' work experience in customer service, distribution, or sales.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel formulas.
• ERP experience, SAP preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP CS, SD modules a plus.
• Able to learn product lines and markets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Customer-centric attitude.

Responsibilities
