• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems

• Serve as initial contact for customers via email, phone, internet, EDI and fax
• Process orders and workflows to ensure timely order entry, shipment, and credit memos
• Support continuous improvements in service and delivery through system upgrades and projects
• Manage customer expectations and maintain a professional, positive dialogue
• Contribute to safety, quality, delivery and cost objectives
