U-Haul International, Inc. in Havertown, PA seeks a friendly Customer Service Representative to help customers inside and outside a U-Haul center. You’ll assist with products, services, rentals, and inventory using smartphone-based U-Scan technology.

The role offers on-the-job education, two hands-on interviews with pay, and the potential for bonuses. You’ll work as part of a supportive team to ensure customers get the help they need on their journeys.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with U-Haul products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot including checking fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
